The North River Collection Limited Residential Warranty
The North River Collection (“The Casual King”) extends this warranty to the original purchaser. For a period of twenty (20) years from the purchase date, under normal residential use, The North River Collection outdoor furniture is warranted to be free from material defects and will not crack, chip, peel, splinter, rot, or experience structural damage caused by insects.
HARDWARE
All hardware used in the construction or assembly of The North River Collection products is 316 Marine-Grade Stainless Steel and is covered for five (5) years against breakage under normal residential use.
CUSHIONS
Cushions are warranted to be free from material or workmanship defects for 30 days from the purchase date. Their fabrics are covered for one (1) year against tearing, mildew, or excessive fading. We use Sunbrella cushions on our 4th Cliff & Rivermore Collections and follow Sunbrella’s warranty.
FIRE PIT TABLE COMPONENTS
Fire pit burners, ignition systems, electronics, and glass guards are made and built by Outdoor Greatroom Copany and are warrantied under their products.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
Normal fading or color variation. While our materials include UV inhibitors, all colors will lighten over time. To reduce fading, cover or store products when not in use or use cushions when applicable.
Color variations between replacement parts and existing furniture.
Rust or corrosion of steel or stainless-steel hardware or frames (see care instructions).
Improper assembly, handling, or modifications after delivery.
Misuse, abuse, or abnormal applications.
Using fire components incorrectly, such as operating burners without the protective glass guard.
Applying unapproved paints, coatings, chemicals, or exposing products to heat sources (grills, fire, window reflections, etc.).
Damage caused by compatibility issues with third-party products.
Labor or transportation costs after delivery.
Damage from accidents, extreme weather, environmental contamination, vandalism, animals, or acts of nature (wind, storms, flooding, etc.).
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Assembly defects or failures caused by accessories not manufactured by The North River Collection.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or color. If a product or component is no longer available, we may replace it with a comparable item of equal value.
No representative or retailer is authorized to alter this warranty unless approved in writing by The North River Collection.
This warranty applies only to products used and purchased in the United States (excluding territories) and Canada.
Proper care and maintenance are required for warranty eligibility. Evidence of neglect, misuse, or improper care will void this warranty..

Once submitted, our team will review your documentation and determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacing components, replacing the full product, or authorizing repairs. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.
