Delivery Cost

We provide white-glove delivery within 30 miles of our showroom for $150 - regardless of size of order. Whether you purchase one Adirondack chair or multiple dining sets . Anything outside the 30 mile radius is subject to a change in delivery pricing, to be assessed at time of purchase. This is for residential purchases only.

White Glove Delivery Experience

Our white-glove delivery offers an elevated service that includes:

  • Delivery to your home

  • On-site assembly of your furniture

  • Placement in your preferred space

  • Removal of all packing materials

Please note: White Glove Delivery does not include installation of hanging hardware for swings, fire burner components for fire pit tables, or removal of old furniture.

Eligible Orders & Products

All furniture from The North River Collection as well as all of our furniture brands qualifies for White Glove Delivery, though a few exceptions may occur. This includes outdoor structures and playsets.

Lead Times

Many of our pieces are made to order, and your purchase may ship in multiple packages if splint amongst different vendors.

For orders containing items with different lead times, the full order will follow the longest lead time.

  • Example: A mixed-lead-time order may take up to 6-9 weeks if multiple vendors are ordered from as each company operates on different lead times

  • Orders containing only one company generally have one lead time of 4-6 (generally) therefore shortening your special order lead times. These are subject to leads times are the examples are for hypotheticals only.

Additional Notes:

  • Orders are subject to change on occasion.

  • Lead times can vary. At times could be a 2-4 weeks at other times it can extend out further. Special orders are generally a case by case scenario and we certainly do our best to project accurately at the time of purchase.

Expected Delivery Dates

Once your furniture arrives to us we make concerted effort to get the furniture to you as soon as possible. Generally within 1 business week we are able to deliver to your residence with our white-glove delivery service.

Note: Some constraints do exist during busier times or the year so we do appreciate any and all understanding.

Do you ship outside of Massachusetts?

Yes, while bordering states are no issue — if you would like to have things shipping interstate we would have to get you a quote. No problem, just contact us.
