Yes. Our light-stable pigments, combined with UV inhibitors and stabilizers, penetrate the material completely, protecting the lumber from environmental damage. No painting or waterproofing is necessary.

Weights vary by size and style, averaging 25–50 pounds per chair. Each piece is designed to withstand extreme weather yet can be moved easily by one or two people.

While the furniture can certainly get wet it is also water-proof in the sense that moisture will cause no issues with your furniture.

All North River Collection Poly contain UV-inhibiting compounds that are fully integrated throughout the material to lock in lasting color and fade resistance.

Since the color runs throughout the material, painting isn’t needed. Painting is not recommended and will void the warranty.

No. Sanding will scratch the surface and void the warranty.

Yes. Our materials are extensively tested to perform in hot sun, rain, snow, salt spray, and heavy winds. Covers can help with seasonal cleaning and prolong lifespan.

Cushions are crafted from Sunbrella fabrics resistant to weather, sun, salt, mold, and mildew. They’re filled with thick, quick-drying polyester fiber.

Covers aren’t required but can make seasonal cleaning easier and help prolong the furniture’s life. Cover are usually available in store but can also be ordered if needed.

Yes, while bordering states are no issue — if you would like to have things shipping interstate we would have to get you a quote. No problem, just contact us.
