Want to get a feel for our furniture before committing? We offer sample swatches to borrow or purchase of our lumber and fabric colors so you can confidently choose the right look for your home.
In-Stock Returns
Your outdoor space should feel just right. If your in-stock purchase from The Casual King isn’t everything you hoped for, simply reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of the return process.
Orders returned after 14 days may be subject to return shipping/delivery charges and restocking fees.
Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable.
We ask that returned items be in re-sellable condition. If an item arrives back to us in less-than-re-sellable condition, your refund may be adjusted.
Special Orders – Non-Returnable Policy
At The Casual King, we’re proud to offer custom and special-order pieces designed specifically for your space and your style. Because these items are made to order and crafted according to your selected specifications, all special-order purchases are final sale and non-returnable.
Before placing a custom order, we encourage you to review all details carefully—dimensions, finishes, colors, and any add-on features—to ensure the piece is exactly what you’re looking for. Our Customer Experience Team is always happy to answer questions, offer guidance, or provide additional information to help you feel confident in your selection.
If your special-order item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry, we’ll make it right. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange replacement parts or, when necessary, a full replacement at no cost to you.

Credits & Refunds
Any taxes paid will be refunded.
Delivery fees are not refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
If your order involved a gift card or the original payment method is no longer valid, we will issue a corporate check (processing may take up to 15 business days).
For items picked up from your home, refunds are issued once the merchandise has been collected.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order from The Casual King arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’re here to make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace the necessary parts, or the full item if needed, at no cost to you. Many times a replacement part is all that is needed. Please allow some time for the replacement parts to come in.
